Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 10, 2011, in Case No. 08-CA-006077 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 9, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., at the FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM, OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 94 QUAIL HOLLOW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14 PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 50, SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST AND ALSO PART OF TRACT THAT LAND AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 975 PAGE 105 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 94, QUAIL HOLLOW, THENCE RUN N. 00 DEGREES 13 FEET AND 48 INCHES WEST FOR 80.27 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 24 FEET 33 INCHES EAST FOR 76.07 FEET; THENCE S. 00 DEGREES 31 FEET 56 INCHES W., FOR 80.18 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 94; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 28 FEET 4 INCHES WEST FOR 75.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF LAND DESCRIBED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
