NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default and Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2011, setting the sale date as noticed herein, entered in the Captioned Matter of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein MSMC VENTURE LLC, a Delaware Limited Company, as Assignee of Market Street Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and ARNELIO GARCIA, BRIGGS SMITH BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT, INC. d/b/a DIVERSIFIED DISPOSAL SYSTEMS, CEMEX, INC., CEMEX CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, L.P., THE SHERWIN-WILLIAMS COMPANY, RAYMOND BUILDING SUPPLY CORP., J.W. CRAFT, INC., SUNSET AIR, INC., ARIEL PEREZ, ELITE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, INC., ASHLEY DOCTORS d/b/a LEO'S SOD, INC., and LEO'S SOD., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st Floor-Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m., or as soon as the sale may be had, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of June 2011, the following described property:
Lot 7, Block 7, Naples Manor Lakes, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page(s) 86, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the funds remaining after the Sale, if any, must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after this sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
