NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 12, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004822 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and ELIA GAZZAROLI; FERNANDO H. MEAVE; GRACIELA V. MEAVE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A TAMMY KREIFELS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SCOTT KREIFELS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 9th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 108, BLOCK B, SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, PHASE TWO-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 10, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
