NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 27, 2010, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-05074 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein , is Plaintiff, and HENRY N. BRAGA, et al are Defendants,I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the atrium on the 1st floor, of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 94, OF VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 36 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
