Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2010, and entered in 09-005494-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein CITIBANK, N.A AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-4 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4,, is the Plaintiff and GEOFFREY W. CUCCUINI, DONNA CUCCUINI, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, SATURNIA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A1 UNDERGROUND SERVICES, INC C/O LYON J GREENBLATT are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor, Naples, FL 34112,; the FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM, at 11:00 AM on June 9, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 435 OF SATURNIA LAKE PLAT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
