Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on October 10, 2010, by the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 08-04477-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale on June 9, 2011, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the First Floor Atrium Area at the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East in Naples, Florida, 34112, as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure Sale, to-wit:
Lot 105, Lago Villaggio, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 38, page 11, as recorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in Collier County, Florida.
A/K/A 5544 Lago Villaggio Way, Naples, Florida 34104
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
