Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 2, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-025297, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and Karolay Lozano, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 7, RIVER OAKS AT TIMBER SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, AT PAGES 51-55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of June, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
