Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 48-2009-CA-031066 O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR ARGENT SECURITIES TRUST 2005-W4, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-W4 is the Plaintiff, and Robert M. Bernys, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 6, Block B, together with the 30 feet lying West and adjacent thereto, PHILLIPS FIRST REPLAT OF LAKEWOOD, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book R, Pages 105 and 106, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of June, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
