NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order entered on April 28, 2011, in Case No. 48-2010-CA-010157-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Nobie Nanette Barton, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, Lydia Gardner, shall sell the property at Public Sale to the highest bidder for cash, all Judicial Foreclosure Sales are held online via Internet: www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(10), at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of June, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID EAST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 27; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 04'40” WEST 12.04 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 27 TO THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF OLD WINTER GARDEN ROAD; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 26'36” WEST 150.18 FEET ALONG SAID NORTH RIGHT OF WAY; THENCE RUN NORTH 08 DEGREES 05'45” WEST 476.23 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 52'40” EAST 216.60 FEET TO SAID EAST LINE OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 27; THENCE RUN SOUTH 00 DEGREES 04'40” EAST 469.56 FEET ALONG SAID EAST LINE TO THE POINT BEGINNING.
LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 5957, PAGE 3499 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
