NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-023457-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN A STEVENS, BARFIELD FENCE AND WALL INC, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA., DR HORTON, INC., MANNY HANDYMAN SOLUTIONS, LLC CO RA MENASHE W SHAHAF, OVERLOOK AT PARKSIDE AT ERROL ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMEN OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN A. STEVENS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on 14th day of June, 2011at 9:00 a.m. at ww.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A, BUILDING NO. 48, OVERLOOK AT PARKSIDE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE
DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8585, PAGE 715, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8654, PAGE 813, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8771, PAGE 1234, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8793, PAGE 1664, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
