NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-000351 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and JESUS PRIETO, LAGO DE ORO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., SANDRA MATOS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14th day of June, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wi:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2A1, BUILDING 2A, LAGO DE ORO, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9286, PAGE 2300, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
