Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of 10-CA-053161 in the Circuit of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF RAUNDI MEDLOCK, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RAUNDI MEDLOCK, DECEASED; OWEN MEDLOCK, AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF RAUNDI MEDLOCK, DECEASED, IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT, IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of June, 2011 at 9:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit #33 of BONITA HEIGHTS, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 3542, at Pages 2270 through 2320, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
