NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 6, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-050569 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee for novastar mortgage funding trust, series 2006-6, Plaintiff, and richard a. semon, julie semon, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 7 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 4988, UNIT 73, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 27 THROUGH 40, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
