NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed May 06, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2009-CA-063031, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and DAVE ZELKO and ALLISON ZELKO are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of June, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 64 AND 65, BLOCK 1886, UNIT 45, PART 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 135, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
