NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed May 06, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2010-CA-060154, DIVISION: G, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3 is Plaintiff, and DOROTHY WHITE A/K/A DOROTHY L. WHITE, ZACHARIAS WHITE, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AND CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA are Defendants.
