BLUE; STEVEN HAXTON A/K/A STEVEN A. HAXTON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN HAXTON A/K/A STEVEN A. HAXTON; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; VERANDAH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 8 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
