NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-057748 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR6, is the Plaintiff and Alicia Cimeno, John C. Harre, Sandoval Community Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Victoria Darling, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 9 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
