NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 9 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-14439, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DENISE ROBERT, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW LABASH, ANDREW LABASH and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENISE ROBERT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the, www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 8 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
