NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 10 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-054185, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and SHELDON I. HEITZNER, COLONIAL SHORES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNRTYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., KAREN B. HEITZNER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
