NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed May 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-ca-052719 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein citimortgage, inc., is Plaintiff, and george robert wilkins a/k/a george r. wilkins, jr., et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
the west 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of section 17, township 43 south, range 25 east, lee county, florida, also being the west 1/2 of the lot 35, triple r. acres, unrecorded.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
