NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-54075 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, is the Plaintiff and Mireya Maribona, individually and as trustee of the Mireya Maribona Revocable Living Trust Dated March 27, 2006, Ballynahinch Condominium Association, Inc., Jane Doe n/k/a Gladys De La Rosa, John Doe n/k/a Juan Carmona, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely as Nominee for Securitynational Mortgage Company, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 8 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
