NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 10, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-051061 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Eva K. Hedman a/k/a Eva Hedman are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 9, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit 4911, of reflection lakes three, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 3952, page 1263, and any amendments thereof; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said declaration of condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
