NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 9 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-006333, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and CARLOS A. VILLALBA, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, THE ESTATE OF JOHN L. CUPURO and YOLANDA VILLALBA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 8 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 13, WEDGEWOOD, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 127, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
