NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 3 day of February 2011, and entered in Case No. 36 2009 CA 070325, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein suntrust mortgage, inc. is the Plaintiff and lynda s. mortiz, river park place condominium association, inc., suntrust bank, unknown spouse of lynda s mortiz and unknown tenant (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit a-206, river park place condominium, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 1969, page(S) 2620 through 2674, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
