NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 10, 2011, and entered in 36-2010-CA-053105 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida ,wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, F.S.B., is a Plaintiff and RAYMOND C. BERGERON A/K/A RAYMOND BERGERON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND C. BERGERON A/K/A RAYMOND BERGERON N/K/A KIMBERLY L. BERGERON, GOLD COAST HOMES OF LEE COUNTY, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on June 10, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
