NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-055939 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Andrea Carriere, Thomas Groves, First Horizon National Corporation, as successor in interest to First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, Mastique I Condominium Association, Inc., Mastique Master Association, Inc., THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA CARRIERE, Tenant #1, Tenant #2, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 6 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1701, MASTIQUE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4525, PAGES 368 THROUGH 445, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
