NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of April, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-054445, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JEROME M. GROSSINGER A/K/A JEROME S. GROSSINGER A/K/A JERRY GROSSINGER; LEILA GROSSINGER A/K/A LEILA S. GROSSINGER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realoforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 2 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A tract or parcel of land known as Lot 24, Unit 3, of Jose's Hideaway, an unrecorded subdivision, on North Captiva Island, Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a concrete post on the South line of Government Lot 1, Section 5, Township 45 South, Range 21 East, being 226 feet more or less East of the high tide line of the Gulf of Mexico; thence run South 81º 20' East 835.00 feet along the South line of said Government Lot 1 to a concrete post; thence North 08º 40' East 205 feet to a concrete post; thence North 08º 40' East 630 feet; thence South 81º 20' East for 160 feet to the Point of Beginning. Thence South 08º 40' West 105 feet; thence North 81º 20' West 100 feet; thence North 08º 40' East 105 feet; thence South 81º 20' East 100 feet to the Point of Beginning. Being Lot 24, Unit 3, of an unrecorded subdivision known as Jose's Hideaway, located in Government Lot 1, Section 5, Township 45 South, Range 21 East, Upper Captiva Island, Lee County, Florida.

Subject to a fifteen foot (15') Easement along the South boundary for road right of way purposes and a six foot (6') Easement along each boundary for drainage and utilities.
