Unit 5240L, Week 22 Odd Year Biennial, of Coconut Plantation, a condominium, (the “Condominium”), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4033, Page 3816, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all exhibits attached thereto, and any amendments thereof (hereinafter the “Declaration”).
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on KATHRYN A. VAUGHAN, ESQUIRE, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 102 E. Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, Florida 32176, thirty (30) days after publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter, or a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
