NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-ca-059826, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. federal national mortgage association is Plaintiff and DAVID AREVALO, JR.; ASHLEY AREVALO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION DEFENDANT(S); BELLASOL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 3 ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. CONDOMINIUM UNIT 514, BUILDING 5, BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 3, PHASE II, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD INSTRUMENT NO.2005000010599, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
