NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 9, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-ca-051516, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION, LLC, is Plaintiff and DONALD DUEPNER A/K/A DONALD A. DUEPNER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD DUEPNER A/K/A DONALD A. DUEPNER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; CYRC MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SHORES OF CALOOSA YACHT AND RACQUET CLUB, INC.; ; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 9 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A PORTION OF TRACT M, CALOOSA YACHT AND RACQUET CLUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 80 THROUGH 83 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

BEING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK A, THENCE NORTH 86 DEGREES 05'31” EAST 195.01 FEET ALONG THE BACK LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 2 TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT, THENCE NORTH 36Ëš48'09” WEST TO THE WATERS EDGE OF THE LAKE LYING WITHIN TRACT “M”, THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID WATERS EDGE TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF MARINA CLUB DRIVE, THENCE NORTH 32Ëš27'13” WEST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
