NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-001226-0001-CH of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Therese Barbera, Robert Cayoutte, Unknown Spouse of Therese Barbera N/K/A Nick Barbera, Unknown Spouse of Robert Cayoutte N/K/A Sonya Cayoutte, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 13 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
