GARCIA; SIMON B. CABRAL; LAPOINTE ASSOCIATES, INC., D/B/A PALM CITY PLUMBING HOMES, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 9 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
