NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 9 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-057012, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN PAGE A/K/A STEPHEN P. PAGE, AKA STEPHEN PATRICK PAGE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICAS WHOLESALE LENDER, VILLAS I AT VISTANA VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN PAGE A/K/A STEPHEN P. PAGE, AKA STEPHEN PATRICK PAGE N/K/A STEPHEN P. PAGE, AKA STEPHEN PATRICK PAGE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
