NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 13 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-014549, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JOEL S. SHEDD A/K/A JOEL SHEDD, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC., DBA LENDING TREE LOANS, PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A ATTN: RICHARD DEARBORN DEBOEST II, JOHN DOE and HEATHER D. SHEDD A/K/A HEATHER SHEDD IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 13 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING E OF PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4211, PAGE 4284 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
