NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 12 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-050450, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL K. MIRAKIAN, BELLA TERRA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL K. MIRAKIAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 9 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
