Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on March 15, 2011, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed May 5, 2011, in Case No.: 09-Ca-055569 in the Circuit Court of fore the Twentieth Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Linda Forehand, Warren Lee Forehand, and the Unknown Tenants #1 and #2 are Defendants, on June 6, 2011, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Clerk's website for online foreclosure sale conducted at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
lot 59, unit 1, lochmoor subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 28, page 36, of the public records of lee county, florida.

The “highest bidder” for purposes of this Notice of Sale, is defined as the party who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the property and who completes the sale in a timely fashion, as hereinafter set out. The one who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the property shall be permitted to complete the sale by delivering to the Clerk, the balance of such bid, over and above the deposit, by 4:00 p.m. on the next business day after the sale.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the recorded of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
