Final Judgment was awarded on May 10, 2011 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-064377, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustees for certificate holders cwabs, inc asset-backed certificate series 2006-14 is the Plaintiff, and, reggie pearsey; sheila pearsey, unknown tenant or tenants in possession; and unknown tenant(S) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00am on July 11, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17 and 18 in Block 24A of Lincoln Park Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of Lee County Florida in plat book 5 at page 80
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
