Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 26, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CC-003468 of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein mill run at colonial section ii condominium association, inc. is the Plaintiff and lindsay riera and richard j. albrecht are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the REAL FORECLOSURE ONLINE AUCTION for LEE COUNTY Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 27 day of June, 2011, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 4005, bldg. 40, phase 4, mill run at colonial section ii, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Instrument No.: 2006000097142, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
