NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed May 9, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-ca-053338 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein citimortgage, inc, successor by merger to abn amro mortgage group, inc, is Plaintiff, and brian r. reers, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 207, of reserve at estero, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 82, page 51 public records of lee county florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
