NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final judgment that was entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-050272 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for, Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
lot 11, block 73, unit 8, lehigh acres, section 24, township 45 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 18, page 102, public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
