NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 24, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-068778, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and HAZEL M. COSTON-FILAR A/K/A HAZEL M COSTON A/K/A HAZEL M CRUMPTON; MILOS FILAR, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 11 of sabal palm gardens according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 25, page 52 and 53 of the public records of lee county, florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
