NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 12 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-066074, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and colin e. arnold, united mortgage lenders, inc. a dissolved corporation, denise arnold and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 and 12, block 2976, unit 42 cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 17, page 32 through 44, public records of lee county, florida.
