NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 9 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-013042, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALAN ARRIGONI, PATRICIA WROBEL; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE as unknown tenant (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 9 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 39 AND 40, BLOCK 5154, UNIT 83, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 41 THROUGH 54, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
