NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-051223 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee For The Certificateholders CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2005 HYB7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005 HYB7, is the Plaintiff and Pamela L. Ryan a/k/a Pamela Ryan, Jane Doe n/k/a Jennifer Ryan, South Pointe West Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Pamela L. Ryan a/k/a Pamela Ryan n/k/a Thomas J. Ryan, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 13 day of June, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
