BECK (“Mr. Beck Spouse”):
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose the mortgage existing on property which you may have an interest has been filed against you. The real property or its address is commonly known as 34707 Lake Drive, Pinellas Park, Florida 33781, and is more particularly described as:
Unit #707 of SUNSET PALMS, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 11735, Pages 679 through 730, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with that 1979 FUQUA PARK mobile home, Serial Nos. 05199A and 05199B
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Stovash, Case & Tingley, P.A., c/o Micah M. Ripley, Esquire, whose address is SunTrust Center, 200 S. Orange Ave, Suite 1220, Orlando, Florida 32801, within thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication, which was on June 20, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint.
