NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of February, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-008958, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2 ASSET BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff and RUBY C JIMMIE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY W GANZALA N/K/A MAUREEN GANZALA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUBY C JIMMIE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of June, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37 BLACKSHIRE ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54 PAGE 31 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
