NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52 2010 CA 002845, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GEORGE J. BORSUK, NEIGHBORHOOD G HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., PLACIDO BAYOU COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE J. BORSUK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of June, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 6, PLACIDO BAYOU UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
