NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-058989, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. u.s. bank national association, as trustee for the certificateholders of gsaa home equity trust 2007-3 is Plaintiff and ruben dimas; gloria dimas; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; john doe; jane doe as unknown tenants in possession are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 13 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16, 17, 22 AND 23, BLOCK 2, LIGHTSEY'S ADDITION TO SOUTH FORT MYERS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
