NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 522010CA011836 CI 19, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DARNELL DAWSON, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS, INC., NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARNELL DAWSON, BEVERLY TERHARK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of June, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. 12, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO. 1 (FORMERLY SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO. 1), A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 65 AND 66, CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 25 AND 26, CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 67 AND 68, CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 18, CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 84, CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 54 AND 55, CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 95 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 99; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5264, PAGE 1427, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
