NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of April, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52 2009 CA 022306, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MARLON ULETT, ALPINE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of June, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 13, BUILDING 1409, ALPINE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15043, PAGE 2688, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15071, PAGE 683, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND FURTHER AMENDMENTS THEREOF, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
